This Privacy Policy explains how Color Plunge (the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile game. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
We do not collect personal data ourselves. Color Plunge does not ask you for, or directly gather, information such as your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. There is no account to create and no sign-in to play. The information described in Section 3 is collected by our advertising partner, not by us.
The App saves a small amount of information locally on your device only, such as your high score, coins, unlocked themes, achievement progress, and sound/gameplay preferences. This data:
Color Plunge displays ads through Google AdMob, including occasional full-screen ads between runs and an optional “watch an ad to revive” reward. To deliver and measure these ads, Google may collect and process limited data, which can include:
This data is collected by Google under its own privacy policy, not stored on our servers. When advertising is personalized, this identifier may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. You control this: on first launch the App presents Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, and if you decline, Google serves non-personalized ads instead. You can also change this anytime in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on your device.

Color Plunge uses Apple’s Game Center to power its global leaderboard and achievements. If you are signed in to Game Center on your device, the App submits your run scores and achievement progress to Game Center so they can appear on the leaderboard and in your achievements. This information is handled by Apple as part of Game Center and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy; the App itself does not receive your Apple ID or personal details. Game Center is optional — if you are not signed in, no scores or achievements are sent, and you can turn Game Center on or off at any time in Settings › Game Center on your device.
Color Plunge is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not ask for any personal information from any user. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the advertising described above, please contact us and we will work with our ad partner to address it promptly.
Because Color Plunge does not store your data on any server we operate, there is no personal data for us to secure on your behalf. Any locally stored game data is protected by your device's own operating system safeguards. Data handled by Google AdMob is protected under Google's security practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if a future version of the App changes how ads or data are handled. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new policy at this address. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
